Position Summary Balance Physio Yoga is seeking either a licensed Osteopath or Chiropractor to operate an independent practice within our clinic. This opportunity is ideal for a practitioner who values full clinical and business autonomy while working alongside other regulated health professionals in an established multidisciplinary setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of their own practice while benefiting from a dedicated treatment space and opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities Provide osteopathic or chiropractic assessments and treatments in accordance with professional standards Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation Independently manage scheduling, billing, and payment processing Supply and maintain personal treatment equipment Communicate professionally with clients and fellow clinic practitioners Participate in interdisciplinary referrals as appropriate Uphold a respectful, professional clinic environment Qualifications Graduate of a recognized osteopathic or chiropractic education program Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body or professional association Professional liability insurance Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills Ability to operate independently as a self-employed practitioner Excellent communication and professionalism What We Offer Dedicated private treatment room available exclusively for the practitioner Freedom to design and furnish your own treatment space Fully independent practice model — you operate your own business Use of your own equipment, booking, billing, and POS systems Flexible scheduling — you set your own hours!
