Job Description

Full job description Chiropractor – Help Shape a New Multi-Disciplinary Clinic in Blind Bay Location: Blind Bay, BC Position Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-Based) Compensation: Competitive, negotiable commission split with long-term growth potential A Rare Opportunity Blind Bay Body Works is opening a brand-new, modern multi-disciplinary health clinic in one of British Columbia’s fastest-growing lakeside communities. Our clinic brings together chiropractic care, physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, and acupuncture to serve the growing Shuswap region. This is more than an associate role. We’re looking for a chiropractor who wants to help shape the direction of a new clinic and build a strong, sustainable practice from the ground up. For the right fit, there is a clear pathway toward partial ownership over time — without the financial risk or overhead of starting a clinic on your own. What You’ll Get Here Consistent cross-referrals from in-house RMTs, physiotherapists, and acupuncturists Full reception, administrative, and billing support Clinic-managed marketing and community outreach A collaborative, supportive environment focused on patient outcomes Flexibility to build your own schedule and preferred style of practice A highly desirable lifestyle location in Blind Bay, minutes from Shuswap Lake A genuine opportunity to grow beyond a contractor role and into long-term partnership What We’re Looking For Licensed chiropractor in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of BC A practitioner who values patient-centered care and quality outcomes Interest in working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping a clinic grow New graduates and experienced chiropractors are both welcome to apply Why This Role Matters Chiropractic services are in strong demand throughout the Shuswap. By joining Blind Bay Body Works, you’ll be part of a clinic designed to fill a real gap in care while building a practice that can grow with the community. This is a long-term opportunity to create something meaningful — for your patients, your career, and the region. How to Apply If you’re looking for more than just another associate position — and want a place where you can grow your practice, contribute to a new clinic, and build toward future ownership — we’d love to connect. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour Work Location: In person
