*Job Overview*
At Maximum Wellness Rehabilitation in Toms River, NJ, we are a dedicated, patient-centered practice committed to eliminating and alleviating pain through comprehensive, integrated care. Our team approach combines chiropractic, rehabilitation, and complementary services—including Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Medical care—to deliver the best possible outcomes. We emphasize hands-on techniques and personalized treatment plans in a supportive, collaborative medical setting.
We are seeking a full-time Doctor of Chiropractic who is motivated, team-oriented, and eager to grow with our expanding practice. Preferred 1–4 years of experience, looking to lead by example, build strong patient relationships, and thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, create customized treatment plans, and perform chiropractic adjustments.
* Utilize techniques such as Activator Method, Active Release Technique (ART), and other manual therapies.
* Provide hands-on manual therapy, spinal decompression, and other chiropractic services to address a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
* Identify and recommend complementary in-office services (e.g., Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Medical consultations) to optimize patient recovery and outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with PT, OT, acupuncturists, and medical staff for coordinated, holistic care.
* Maintain accurate electronic documentation using WebPT (training available if needed).
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, genuine compassion for patients, and leadership within the team.
* Contribute to a positive, professional office culture where patient well-being comes first.
*Requirements*
* Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
* Active (or eligible) chiropractic license in New Jersey.
* Highly motivated with strong communication skills and a true passion for helping others.
* Team player who enjoys collaboration and leading by example.
* Preferred: 1–4 years of experience.
* Background or interest in sports rehabilitation and manual therapy strongly preferred.
* Proficiency in (or willingness to learn) techniques including Activator Technique and Active Release Technique (ART).
* Experience with WebPT is a plus—we provide training as needed.
* Comfortable working in a busy, multidisciplinary medical/rehab setting.

* Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4-day workweek)
* Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
