Full job description 2023 Runner-Up: Best Chiropractic Clinic in Vancouver We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing, family-focused and wellness-based clinic. Our practice serves patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on prenatal, postnatal, and pediatric care. An interest in pregnancy and pediatrics is a major asset. This is a wonderful opportunity for a dedicated chiropractor who is passionate about holistic healthcare, values genuine patient relationships, and is excited to grow an awesome practice within a close-knit and supportive community. We are looking for someone who is eager to invest their time and energy into building long-term relationships and becoming an integral part of our clinic. This is not a position for someone looking to step into an already full patient base, but rather for a chiropractor who enjoys growth, connection, and collaboration. There is high demand for the hours we are hoping to fill, particularly Fridays and Saturdays. We are currently looking for approximately 10–15 hours per week, with specific days and hours to be discussed. What Our Clinic Offers JaneApp and Insurance direct billing Full administrative support (with options to work with or without admin, to be discussed) Marketing support and established referral network Competitive compensation split with a sliding scale based on performance Mentorship opportunities to support clinical and professional growth Strong community reputation Flexible scheduling and shifts Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and basic imaging interpretation Develop and implement individualized care plans, including chiropractic adjustments, home care exercises, and relevant lifestyle recommendations Educate patients about their health concerns, treatment plans, and preventative strategies for optimal spinal and overall health Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of a patient-centered care team Foster a welcoming, supportive, and family-friendly environment, ensuring patients feel heard, comfortable, and well cared for Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a strong commitment to exceptional patient care in all interactions Required Qualifications Valid chiropractic license in British Columbia Graduation from an accredited chiropractic program Current professional liability insurance Preferred Clinical Skills & Experience Strong adjusting skills Familiarity with diversified technique, drop table, and activator methods Experience or a strong interest in prenatal, postnatal, and pediatric chiropractic care Professional Attributes – Who You Are Warm, approachable, and confident communicator who builds trust easily Passionate about holistic, family-centered care Committed to continuous learning and professional development Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Reliable, motivated, and interested in long-term growth within a clinic Flexible and available to work weekends as needed We are excited to welcome an awesome Chiropractor to our team.
