We’re seeking a licensed Chiropractor or Physical Therapist to provide in-home evaluations and treatment for patients recovering from brain injuries. Ideal for clinicians looking for flexible, independent, patient-focused work outside a traditional clinic. Responsibilities: • Perform in-home evaluations and treatment for TBI/post-concussion patients • Develop and implement individualized care plans • Collaborate with neurologists and multidisciplinary teams • Maintain clear clinical documentation Qualifications: • Active DC or Physical Therapist license • Experience with neurologic, vestibular, or post-concussive patients preferred • Comfortable working independently in patient homes • Reliable transportation
