Participate in on-going in-clinic training specific to your clinical and people management skills 2. Sign up for clinical and business courses to develop your skills 3. Add another ‘hat’ and be our Community Manager or Clinical Education Lead Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments through physical examinations and medical imaging to determine the appropriate treatment plan. Utilize patient observation skills to monitor progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Provide acute pain management through various chiropractic techniques, including trigger point therapy and primary care interventions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
