This opportunity is ideal for a chiropractor looking to operate their own private practice within a professional healthcare setting alongside complementary clinical services. This is not an employment position. The successful applicant will operate independently and rent their own treatment space within the studio. This listing reflects potential annual earnings as an independent provider and is not an employee wage. The Space Flexible treatment room that can function as one large treatment space or be divided into two rooms Full time access, seven days per week Access to shared reception and waiting areas Professional, modern clinical environment The layout allows flexibility for manual therapy, rehabilitation focused care, or future expansion within your practice. Rental Details $850 per month Utilities included Full time access with no day restrictions Flat monthly rental structure, not commission or revenue split Optional add ons: Use of Winter Haven’s booking system for an additional monthly fee Access to clinic payment processing system for an additional fee Administrative support may be available at an agreed upon rate Providers may also operate independently using their own booking and payment systems. Direct billing services are not provided.
