Position Overview We are seeking a Part‑Time Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for a practitioner who values collaboration, clear systems, and a supportive clinic environment. Hours: 10–20 hours per week to start Growth: Potential to increase to full‑time hours as caseload builds Start Date: Flexible Compensation: Percentage split or hourly (based on candidate preference and clinic structure) Key Responsibilities Provide high‑quality, evidence‑informed chiropractic care to clients Perform thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver appropriate manual therapy and modalities Documentation and charting: complete timely, accurate, and professional clinical notes in accordance with regulatory standards Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and support staff to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care Utilize modern tools, including e‑charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow and enhance client care Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self‑management strategies Participate in building and maintaining a positive clinic culture rooted in kindness, collaboration, and respect Follow clinic policies, procedures, and professional standards Support client retention through excellent communication and client experience Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution Active registration and good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Alberta Professional liability insurance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to client‑centered, ethical, evidence‑based practice Experience in a multidisciplinary setting is an asset 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply — we value enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn What We Offer A supportive, organized, and professionally run clinic environment Strong administrative systems, including booking, billing, and client communication A steady flow of new clients as the clinic grows Collaborative team culture with cross‑referrals Flexible scheduling Modern, clean treatment rooms and high‑quality equipment Marketing and operational support to help build your caseload Compensation Options We offer two competitive models: Option 1: Percentage Split Industry‑standard split (e.g., 60/40 or 70/30 depending on experience and volume) All admin, booking, billing, supplies, and marketing included Work Hours: 10-20 hours per week Monday to Sunday ( We are open everyday of the week, except Stat Holidays) We are open to discussing the model that best supports your practice style.
