Full job description Chiropractor Part-Time or Full-Time at Ground Chiropractic Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire Start date: Flexible Ground Chiropractic is a growing wellness-based clinic in Portsmouth. We focus on results and on building trust with our patients and community through honest communication and strong clinical skills. We are primarily a diversified technique clinic, emphasising movement and rehabilitation with a strong focus on the nervous system. This isn’t a typical role, as our clinic operates differently from most others, but this also means you will receive higher commissions. We are looking for a Chiropractor to take over the lead chiropractor/ owners list and continue to grow it whilst the owner sets up another clinic. However, there will be weekly meetings and frequent check-ins. This is a self-employed role. The Role This job position isn’t for everyone, but for the right person could be very lucrative. You will take over the owner's current patient list, maintain care schedules, and continue to grow the list. Adjustment sessions are 10 minutes New patient sessions are 1 hour and include the first treatment You will work independently with a remote CA who will handle all calls, emails, and sales calls 7 days a week Training is provided You can pick your own hours All new patients will be going to you All business and marketing will be done for you; you just need to see the patients Self-employed role Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality chiropractic Using our software to send patients' rehab plans (premade, just clicking a couple of buttons) Maintaining clear, professional clinical notes Being honest and to the point with patients and staff Open and close the clinic Making sure the day-to-day running is done Hours & Flexibility Part-time or full-time options available Pick your own shifts (currently the owner does split shifts Monday - Thursday 8.30 am - 11.30 am, then 4.30 pm - 8 pm, but you don't have to do this) Opportunity to build a list. Pay, Support & Progression 50% pay for everything you do (no different pay scales for how many people you see or experience, just a straight up 50%, but like said above, you will be working alone and have a remote CA. This is why we are offering a higher percentage.) CPD support available Potential to grow into a lead chiropractor and help others grow. Who We’re Looking For You must be a qualified Chiropractor (UK registered) Communicate clearly, honestly and professionally Someone who can work alone and understands that their pay is based on their own results. Someone looking to grow a list but may not want the stress of starting and running a business. Experience is welcome; however, an individual's attitude, values, and honesty matter most to me.
