Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. Dunlop Physio and wellness is brand new clinic coming to Whitby inside the Medical office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal disorders, focusing on pain management and overall patient care. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions, ensuring that each individual receives personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and physical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include spinal adjustments, therapeutic exercises, and lifestyle recommendations. Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with patients and healthcare professionals. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and preventive care strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Experience A Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution is required. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong understanding of medical terminology related to chiropractic care. Proven skills in patient care, demonstrating empathy and effective communication. Familiarity with pain management techniques and strategies is advantageous.
