Job Requirements
Clinical Care
- Perform comprehensive chiropractic evaluations, including posture analysis, ROM, orthopedic and neurological exams
- Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic findings as permitted by state law
- Develop and deliver individualized corrective care plans focused on structural correction and functional improvement
- Perform high-quality chiropractic adjustments and corrective techniques
- Conduct regular re-exams to track progress and modify care plans as needed
Corrective & Rehabilitative Care
- Prescribe and oversee corrective exercises and home care recommendations
- Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, lifestyle factors, and spinal health
- Reinforce patient compliance to support long-term outcomes
Patient Education & Communication
- Clearly explain exam findings, care plans, expectations, and progress
- Build strong doctor–patient relationships grounded in trust and professionalism
- Address patient questions and concerns with confidence and compassion
Community Engagement & Relationship Building
- Actively build and maintain relationships within the local community
- Participate in community events, workshops, screenings, and outreach opportunities
- Develop referral relationships with local businesses, schools, gyms, churches, and healthcare providers as appropriate
- Represent the clinic professionally and positively in all community interactions
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Ensure records meet legal, ethical, and insurance standards
- Participate in case reviews, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with chiropractic assistants, rehab staff, and front office team
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education
- Follow established office systems, protocols, and patient flow processes
