Associate Chiropractor
Keegan Chiropractic Sports & Wellness Clinic – Ashburn, VA
Full-Time | Base Salary + Performance Bonus
Keegan Chiropractic Sports & Wellness Clinic is seeking a motivated, growth-minded Associate Chiropractor to join our established sports-focused practice.
We are not hiring for a short-term position. We are building long-term clinical leadership and are looking for a doctor who wants stability, growth, and the opportunity to develop into greater responsibility over time.
About Our Clinic:
• Established, multi-provider clinic in Ashburn, VA
• Sports and rehab-focused treatment model
• Integrated services: massage therapy, laser, shockwave, and Graston
• Strong new patient flow and marketing support
• Structured care plans and defined clinical systems
• Team-based, professional culture
• Weekly KPI tracking and performance accountability
Ideal Candidate:
• 2–5 years in practice (confident and coachable)
• Strong adjusting skills with rehab integration mindset
• Experience or interest in soft tissue techniques (including Graston)
• Comfortable presenting structured care plans
• Understands performance metrics (conversion, retention, production)
• Emotionally mature, steady, and team-oriented
• Interested in long-term professional growth
Responsibilities:
• Perform exams and re-exams
• Develop and communicate treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality chiropractic care
• Collaborate with clinical and front desk team
• Participate in weekly performance reviews
• Track and manage key performance indicators
