At UGP, you are not just a clinician — you are a Performance Specialist As a Recovery Specialist, you will work in a 100% cash-based environment alongside elite Golf Coaches and Fitness Trainers, allowing you to focus entirely on one-on-one outcomes without insurance-driven constraints. This role bridges clinical rehabilitation and elite athletic performance, serving as the steward of our clients' physical longevity and readiness. What You'll Do Integrated Performance Care Perform golf-specific orthopedic examinations and movement screens (TPI-based). Develop individualized "Performance Longevity" plans for golfers of all levels. Deliver high-end recovery sessions including manual therapy, joint mobilization, and mobility work. Collaborate daily with Golf Coaches and Fitness Trainers to build holistic development plans. Client Experience Act as the primary point of contact for client health, injury prevention, and physical readiness. Provide a five-star hospitality experience aligned with UGP standards. Educate clients on movement efficiency, durability, and sustainable performance. Operational Excellence Maintain accurate digital documentation. Uphold facility cleanliness and professional standards. Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture. Qualifications (Required) To maintain our standard of care, candidates must hold one of the following active credentials: License: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). Expertise: Advanced proficiency in soft tissue work and joint mobilization. Mindset: A passion for sports performance and a "client-first" hospitality approach. Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic digital documentation. Preferred Requirements Advanced proficiency in soft tissue techniques and joint mobilization. Strong understanding of corrective exercise and performance integration. Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification or CSCS. Passion for sports performance and a client-first mindset.
