Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and medical history. Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Deliver comprehensive manual therapy treatments beyond adjustments (e.g., soft tissue, mobilizations, rehab exercises) Educate patients on lifestyle changes, exercises, and wellness strategies to support their recovery and overall health. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. Stay updated on the latest advancements in chiropractic care and pain management techniques. Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans Communicate effectively with patients to ensure they understand and are engaged in their care Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence What We’re Looking For: Licensed and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical setting (preferred) Existing Practice in Milton is PLUS++ Confident with a variety of manual therapy techniques and patient education Personable, professional, and passionate about evidence-based care Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and communication. Experience in pain management techniques is preferred but not required.
