Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient observations, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Skills Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care. Proven ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations. Expertise in acute pain management, trigger point therapy, and primary care practices. Experience with patient observation techniques and developing effective care plans for diverse conditions. Knowledge of medical imaging procedures used for diagnosis and treatment planning. Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment options clearly and empathetically to patients.
