Chiropractor – Movement & Rehabilitation FocusOrillia Sports MedicineLocation: Orillia, Ontario | Full-Time or Part-Time | Permanent | On-Site Orillia Sports Medicine is looking for a movement-focused Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic. With over 30 years serving the Simcoe-Muskoka community, we provide an integrated model of care where rehabilitation, performance, and clinical treatment work together to support athletes and active individuals. Our 7,000+ square foot facility brings everything under one roof, including a full clinic, a dedicated bracing and orthotics room, and two separate strength & conditioning training spaces. This setup allows our clinicians to blend hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation and performance development. We are specifically seeking a Chiropractor who values movement-based rehab, exercise prescription, and collaboration with strength coaches as part of a modern sports medicine approach. Work in a 7,000+ sq ft integrated clinic and performance facility Access to two fully equipped strength & conditioning spaces for rehab and movement-based care Collaborate daily with Physiotherapists, Athletic Therapists, RMTs, and Strength & Conditioning Coaches Treat active individuals and athletes across rehab, return-to-play, and performance pathways Strong internal referrals and administrative support Mentorship, professional development, and opportunity to grow within a well-established clinic Live and work in Orillia, where lakes, trails, and outdoor recreation meet a strong sports community What You’ll Be Doing Assessing and treating patients with a focus on movement quality, rehabilitation, and long-term physical resilience Integrating manual therapy, spinal/joint manipulation, and exercise-based rehab strategies Prescribing and progressing strength and mobility programs within our gym spaces Collaborating with clinicians and strength coaches on return-to-play planning and athlete development Managing a varied caseload including orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, and active populations What We’re Looking For Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) Strong interest or background in exercise-based rehabilitation and movement assessment Experience working with athletes or active populations considered an asset Comfortable working within a gym-based rehab environment Professional liability insurance (required) First Aid, CPR, and AED certification (preferred) Position Details Full-time or part-time opportunity Competitive fee split with earning potential $90,000 – $150,000+ annually depending on schedule and caseload Strong internal referrals and administrative support Flexible scheduling and work-life balance Culture & Environment Collaborative, professional, and athlete-centered Two on-site gyms integrated with clinical care Shared planning across rehab and performance teams Team events, workshops, and a culture that values movement and performance Want to see the space and the culture?
