Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractor to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality chiropractic care focused on improving patient mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall health and well-being. This role involves assessing patient conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering effective chiropractic adjustments in a professional and patient-centered environment. The Chiropractor will work collaboratively with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients with musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and postural conditions. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, posture evaluation, and physical examination. Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal and spinal conditions using chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy techniques. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings. Provide chiropractic adjustments and mobilization techniques to reduce pain and improve function. Educate patients on posture correction, ergonomics, stretching, strengthening exercises, and lifestyle modifications. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the clinic to ensure coordinated multidisciplinary care. Stay up to date with advancements in chiropractic care and participate in continuing professional development. Requirements Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic program. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills for musculoskeletal conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and support patients. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. New graduates, associate chiropractors, and experienced chiropractors are welcome to apply.
