Independent Contractor Chiropractor (Split-Fee)

Job OverviewWe are seeking a self-motivated Independent Contractor Chiropractor to join our team under a split-fee compensation model. This role is ideal for a chiropractor who values clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and high-quality, patient-centred care within a rehabilitation setting. Clinic model: 1:1 patient care, with 60-minute initial assessments and 30-minute follow-up appointments, allowing time for thorough assessment, hands-on treatment, rehabilitation, and education. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical health, injuries, and mobility. Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other treatment modalities. Educate patients on self-management strategies, injury prevention, and overall physical wellness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with clinic policies and legal requirements. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Contribute to the clinic’s positive work culture and help foster patient relationships built on trust and respect. Promote clinic services within your professional network and community. Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario Strong interest or experience in sports and musculoskeletal care Experience or interest in treating sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and rehabilitation. Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in creating individualized rehabilitation programs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload and schedule. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in patient documentation. Professional liability insurance as an independent contractor (required). Previous experience in private practice or as a contractor is an asset, but not mandatory.
