ATLAS Chiropractic (Hong Kong) is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Chiropractor to join and collaborate with our award-winning team in Central, Hong Kong.

As a Senior Chiropractor at ATLAS, you will play a key role in mentoring, supporting, and collaborating with our chiropractic team while delivering exceptional care. You’ll work closely with our lead doctor and management team to uphold ATLAS’ clinical excellence, foster continuous improvement, and enhance the overall client experience.

We’re seeking someone with 3–5 years (or more) of hands-on clinical experience who can bring strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills — a team player who is motivated by shared growth and aligned with our wellness philosophy.

You’ll be joining a team that includes experienced chiropractors and caring chiropractic assistants who share a deep commitment to client wellness and professional development.

Practice Details

• Marketing Support: Full in-house branding and marketing expertise to build visibility across multiple channels (Instagram, Google My Business, SEO, media, corporate events, etc.).
• Collaborative Business Building: You’ll partner with our marketing and leadership teams to support external screening, networking, and public speaking — helping you grow your client base with strong team support.
• Philosophy: We practice wellness-focused chiropractic care — focusing on holistic health, prevention, and education rather than short-term symptom relief.
• Technique: Primarily manual adjustments focused on optimizing body structure and the nervous system.
• Client Demographics: Most of our clients are professionals and entrepreneurs who appreciate efficient, results-driven care.
• Training & Development: Ongoing weekly and bi-weekly trainings, including access to international chiropractic coaches and educational resources.
• Support Staff: A dedicated team of three Chiropractic Assistants ensures smooth daily operations so you can focus on providing care.
• Schedule: 4–6 shifts per week, including weekends as business needs require.

Compensation Structure

• Income Potential: HKD 35K – 250K/month (based on experience and volume).
• Base Salary: HKD 35–45K/month + weekly sliding scale commission.
• Bonuses: For new clients, Report of Finding Conversion, Month 4 Resign, and consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, client-centered chiropractic care while maintaining high satisfaction standards through comprehensive education and lifestyle habit implementation.
• Work closely with the COO to optimize client care processes and team workflows to maximize studio profits.
• Conduct thorough consultations and develop personalized care plans focused on lasting health transformations.
• Support junior chiropractors and chiropractic assistants.
• Engage in continuous learning and contribute ideas for practice growth and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold practice protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in practice growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid chiropractic license in Hong Kong (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Minimum 3–5 years of chiropractic experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to client education and wellness care.
• Proficiency in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus).

Work Hours

Full-time role (38–40 hours/week).

Includes ~24 hours of adjusting time and 14–16 hours for skill development, marketing, and admin.

Weekends required depending on business needs.
