I am currently a solo practitioner operating out of a room on the second floor of a boutique gym in Toronto, close to St. Clair Ave West/Bathurst. I am looking for a Chiropractor to start part-time (1 weekend, 1 weekday) to start taking over my patient load. Compensation is competitive (70/30) as, first and foremost, I am looking for someone who is the right fit, and will eventually take over the bulk of my established practice as I transition into a different field. My practice I am an evidence-based diversified chiropractor. My sessions are typically 30min long and always include soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, and exercise/rehab recommendations. If adjustments are indicated, manual HVLA adjustments are administered. My practice is very hands-on, and do not utilize any instruments or tools. I do not offer direct billing so patients pay in full and submit their own receipts to their insurance for reimbursement. Responsibilities To slowly take on my patient load over the next few months, and to take on a near full practice as early as September if I return to school. I will continue to work casual, part-time (1x/week) during school, and likely to continue even as I transition into a different career. This is a unique opportunity for someone to take over an established practice. Responsibilities include: patient retention maintain patient records provide evidence-based and patient-centered care remain in good standing with CCO 80% of my patients I have seen for 5+ years. It is important that the chiropractor coming in can establish and maintain a good relationship with my existing patients. Qualifications a member of, and in good standing with, CCO excellent communication skills ability to demonstrate good palpation and soft tissue therapy skills is a must HVLA adjustments Compensation A competitive 70/30 split to the practitioner, paid out bi-weekly. This covers rent, internet, supplies, and access to a shared Janeapp account and established patient base. Revenue excess of >$3000 within a 2-week pay period will be paid out at 80/20.
