Associate Chiropractor – Ideal Family Chiropractic | North Logan, Utah Ideal Family Chiropractic is a neurologically-focused pediatric and prenatal chiropractic practice with a clear vision: restore hope and health to families by unlocking the body's God-given ability to heal. We are a PX Doc style office. We're growing — and we're looking for an Associate Chiropractor who is passionate about kids, expecting moms, and family wellness, and who wants to be part of something that genuinely changes lives. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments for pediatric, prenatal, and family patients Support patient retention and progression from restoration into long-term wellness care Uphold the clinical, cultural, and communication standards of the practice Participate in pre- and post-shift team huddles Assist with patient education, documentation, and operational support as needed Work toward consistent volume of 200–250 patient adjustments per week by Day 90 Maintain active Utah chiropractic license and malpractice insurance Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution Active Utah chiropractic license in good standing (or ability to obtain) Confident and skilled in manual chiropractic adjustments Pediatric Experience Certification required (or must be obtained upon hire) Webster Certification required (or must be obtained upon hire) Passion for pediatric and prenatal care strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills — warm, professional, and compassionate Coachable, growth-oriented, and aligned with neurologically-focused chiropractic philosophy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinic environment Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $55,000 | $60,000 at 6 months | $70,000 at 12 months (performance-based) Monthly collections bonus (up to 15% above threshold) Malpractice insurance reimbursement $500/year continuing education stipend Paid vacation after year one Maternity leave policy after first full year
