Position Overview This role is ideal for a chiropractor who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering results-driven care. You will play a key role in patient experience, clinical outcomes, and practice growth. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments in a high-volume setting Accurately document patient visits using clinic software Evaluate patient symptoms, medical history, and treatment plans Build strong, trusting relationships with patients Collaborate closely with doctors, providers, and staff Manage patient flow efficiently throughout the clinic Participate in community outreach and business development initiatives Contribute to social media content and patient education (on-camera presence required) Maintain accurate and confidential patient records Prepare daily clinic documentation and schedules Provide exceptional customer service to patients and team members Participate in ongoing clinical training and development Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program Active Chiropractic License (required) California Xray License (required- able to obtain during first 90 days of employment) Outgoing, personable, and confident communication style Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Strong organizational and prioritization skills Proficiency with computers and standard software (Word, Excel, email, EMR systems) Ability to build relationships with diverse patient populations Willingness to travel for training and continued education Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $70,000–$80,000/year Bonus opportunities Paid time off Employee discounts Professional development support Schedule Full-time Monday–Saturday Our Philosophy We believe in medical freedom, patient education, and empowering individuals to take control of their health.
