Compensation & Growth
Established patient base and systems in place—this is not a build-from-scratch position.
Training Period (2-4 months):
- $75,000 base salary
- (Equivalent to approximately $85K in Colorado purchasing power)
- $5,000–$10,000 fast-start performance bonus available within first 90 days based on production and integration
Earning Potential

- Year 1: ~$85,000 total compensation

- Year 2: ~$104,000 total compensation
(≈ $118K Colorado equivalent)
- Year 3: ~$118,000 total compensation

- Year 4: ~$133,000 total compensation

- Year 5: ~$140,000+ total compensation
