Compensation & Growth

Established patient base and systems in place—this is not a build-from-scratch position.

Training Period (2-4 months):

  • $75,000 base salary
  • (Equivalent to approximately $85K in Colorado purchasing power)
  • $5,000–$10,000 fast-start performance bonus available within first 90 days based on production and integration
