Compensation & Income Potential

Established patient base and systems already in place — this is not a build-from-scratch position.

Training Period (2–6 months)

• Guaranteed $75,000 training salary
• (Equivalent to approximately $85K Colorado purchasing power)

After Training

• Base salary increases to $85,000
• Additional performance bonus program tied to clinic growth and production
• Realistic total compensation range: $100K–$140K+ based on current clinic performance

Example: Based on actual 2025 clinic performance, a doctor stepping into this role January 1st last year with 3 months of training would have earned $127,000 total compensation.
