Compensation & Growth

Established patient base and systems in place—this is not a build-from-scratch position.

Training Period (2-6 months):

  • $75,000 training salary (Equivalent to approximately $85K in Colorado purchasing power)

Training Complete - Step into Clinic Director Role 

  • $10,000 Raise to $85,000 Base Salary (Approx $95k Colorado purchasing power)
  • Eligible for participation in Clinic Director Bonus Program (see below)

Clinic Director Bonus System Tiers 

*Based on Adjusted Net Profit.  (ANP = Revenue - Expenses - Clinic Reserve - Tax Reserve)

  • Clinic Reserve:  $0 -> $65,000 = 0%
  • Tier 1:    $65,001 - $100,000 = 10%
  • Tier 2:  $100,001 - $125,000 = 15%
  • Tier 3:  $125,001 - $150,000 = 20%
  • Tier 4:  $151,001 - $175,000 = 25%
  • Tier 5:  $175,001 - $200,000 = 30%
  • Tier 6:  $200,001 - $225,000 = 35%
  • Tier 7:  $225,001 - $250,000 = 40%
  • Tier 8:  $250,001 - $275,000 = 45%
  • Tier 9:  $275,001 - $300,000+ = 50%

  • Apr:  ~$7,950 Total Compensation (Base Salary + Tier 1 10% Bonus)
  • May: ~$10,591 Total compensation (Base Salary + Tier 2 15% Bonus)
  • Jun: ~$9,097 Total compensation (Base Salary + Tier 2 15% Bonus)
  • July: ~$10,888 Total compensation (Base Salary + Tier 3 20% Bonus)
  • Aug: ~$15,244 Total compensation (Base Salary + Tier 5 30% Bonus)
