Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and detailed medical histories, to determine appropriate treatment strategies. Perform chiropractic adjustments, trigger point therapy, and other manual therapies to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Monitor patient progress through ongoing observation and modify care plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications related to occupational health and wellness. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for complex cases involving acute pain management or physiologic concerns. Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, care plans, and patient progress in compliance with medical terminology standards. Stay current with advancements in chiropractic techniques, medical imaging interpretation, and physiology knowledge to enhance patient care quality. Requirements Valid chiropractic license or certification in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in patient observation, physical examinations, and patient assessment techniques. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical imaging relevant to musculoskeletal health. Expertise in pain management strategies including trigger point therapy and acute pain management approaches. Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment procedures and educating patients effectively. Prior experience working within primary care settings or occupational health environments is preferred but not required.
