The Opportunity We’re looking for a Chiropractic Associate who is both clinically strong and entrepreneurial. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a thriving, long-term practice - whether you’re bringing an existing patient base or are highly motivated to grow one through networking, relationship-building, and community presence. You’ll have the opportunity to integrate rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates into your care, while working alongside a collaborative team of practitioners and instructors. What You’ll Do Assess and manage a range of musculoskeletal conditions, including more complex and chronic cases Deliver hands-on care alongside progressive rehab and movement-based programming Integrate or collaborate on Clinical Pilates within treatment plans Actively build and grow your patient base through internal referrals, networking, and community engagement Contribute to a strong referral culture within the clinic Track patient outcomes and deliver high-quality, individualized care Who You Are Licensed and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Either brings an existing patient base or is highly motivated to build one Confident networking and building relationships in the community Strong interest in rehab, movement, and long-term patient outcomes Pilates training (or interest in pursuing it) is a strong asset Collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented What We Offer Beautiful, fully equipped treatment rooms and boutique Pilates studio Strong internal referral network across multiple disciplines Mentorship and support in building a rehab-focused, movement-integrated practice Flexibility to design your schedule and grow at your pace Competitive split compensation with high earning potential Why Peridot Wellness This is an opportunity to build something meaningful within an established, elevated brand.
