Femme is looking for a welcoming, professional and experienced Chiropractor at our female-focused, comprehensive care clinic in North Toronto (Avenue Rd & Lawrence Ave). This is a part-time commitment (2 days per week, your choice of Monday, Thursday, Friday). The ideal candidate is/has: In good standing with the CCO (College of Chiropractors of Ontario) A holistic approach to treatment Friendly, organized and excellent interpersonal skills Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a tight-knit, interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment Comfort contributing to social media (not necessarily a physical presence) and being present at company events Responsibilities: Create an exceptional treatment experience for each patient Take medical histories of patients, including information on injuries, general health and lifestyle Conduct physical examinations, focusing on the spine and posture Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to treat patients' musculoskeletal conditions Diagnose and explanation of diagnosis to patients Provide active and passive therapy using various modalities Educate and advise patients on rehabilitation exercises to aid long-term recovery and techniques to ensure health is maintained; Use of EMR to maintain accurate records Availability up to once per month for company events with patients (to educate patients and build your practice) Qualifications: DC (Doctor of Chiropractic) Designation and liability insurance Registered and a member in good standing with the CCO (College of Chiropractors of Ontario Has experience in treating pregnant women with Webster's technique Experience with common conditions in the postnatal period Fluency in English both written and verbal. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor, communicate effectively, and contribute to a blossoming and positive team Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform chiropractic adjustments Must have excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
