Bulverde, TX – North of San Antonio
Full-Time | 34–36 Patient Contact Hours Weekly
*Position Snapshot*
* $70,000+ base salary with performance-based bonus structure
* Associate chiropractor role in the largest chiropractic office in the area
* Strong pediatric and pregnancy population, alongside a diverse patient base
* Webster & Dry Needling Certification preferred (Webster required shortly after hire if not already certified)
* Structured mentorship and long-term growth pathway
_Owner is actively developing a Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) pathway for full-time doctors (30+ hours/week)._
*The Opportunity*
Taproot Chiropractic and Wellness is a busy, cash-based family wellness clinic serving Bulverde and the North San Antonio community. The practice has grown steadily by building strong systems, protecting culture, and delivering consistent, high-quality care.
This role supports a large pediatric and pregnancy population while also caring for adults, athletes, and multigenerational families. The patient base is diverse, steady, and established.
This is not a start-from-scratch associate position. Patient flow is strong. Expectations are clear. The environment is collaborative, organized, and growth-minded.
The right doctor will value integrity, accountability, and clinical precision — and will be comfortable stepping into volume.
*Compensation & Growth*
* Minimum base salary: $70,000
* Performance-based bonuses tied to collections and visit metrics
* Paid time off after one year
After 3–5 years, high-performing doctors may be considered for succession into the primary clinic or expansion into a Taproot-affiliated location.
Compensation is structured to provide strong base stability with performance upside.
*Clinical Focus & Qualifications*
* 1+ years of experience preferred
* Open to highly motivated new graduates who are coachable and driven
* Proficient in Diversified and Drop techniques
* Strong interest in pediatric and pregnancy care
* Webster & Dry Needling Certification preferred
* Comfortable with decompression therapy
This role requires confidence adjusting patients of all ages, from infants to older adults. Strong communication skills and efficiency in a high-volume setting are essential.
*Schedule & Expectations*
* Full-time defined as 34-36 hours weekly
* Structured Monday–Friday schedule
* Participation in 1–3 community marketing events per month (seasonal)
* Doctors complete double the Texas state minimum CE hours annually
* Flexible schedules available for proven associates
