Associate Chiropractor - La Mirada, CA

Opportunity for Associate Chiropractor to develop their own practice along-side ours; opportunity to contract with our practice on a fee for service basis; or opportunity to join our practice as a locum tenens Chiropractor.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
• Valid state licensure to practice as a chiropractor (California)
• Demonstrated expertise in performing chiropractic adjustments and therapeutic techniques
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and empower patients
• Skilled in developing individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Knowledge of primary care practices related to musculoskeletal health
• Valid licensure to perform x-rays (operator/supervisor)
• Current member of insurance networks including PPO, Managed Care (ASHP) and Medicare
• Experience with Worker’s Comp and Personal Injury cases
• A minimum three to five-years commitment, with preference for long-term growth at LMCG

Responsibilities

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Lunch 12 PM - 2 PM)
• Patient Volume: 100 to 150 weekly patient visits after initial training period
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical history reviews, diagnostic tests and x-rays to determine the most appropriate chiropractic treatment plans
• Perform chiropractic adjustments, spinal manipulations, and other therapeutic techniques to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore proper function
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote active participation in their own health and wellness
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, taking into account their medical history, lifestyle, and treatment goals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists and massage therapists, to provide integrated care and optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and any relevant observations
• Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in chiropractic care, attending professional development opportunities and continuing education courses
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to professional codes of conduct
