Family Chiropractor (Webster Certified) Impact Chiropractic – Fort Collins, Colorado Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 per year (base + KPI-based bonuses) Job Type: Full-time (In-Person) Focus: Family, prenatal, postpartum, pediatric, and corrective care Growth Path: Long-term opportunity with potential for future ownership  About the Role We are hiring another family chiropractor for our Fort Collins office at Impact Chiropractic, and we are being very intentional about who we bring into this role. We are looking for a Webster-certified, family-focused doctor who wants to become an excellent family doctor in the truest sense of that phrase. This is for someone who understands that this work goes beyond adjustments. It is about seeing the whole family, understanding the season they are in, and delivering care that is thoughtful, specific, and built for the long term. Clinical Approach We support pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric care at a high level, while also working with adults through a corrective care model. We take digital X-rays. We build care plans intentionally. We do not adjust the same way twice just because it is easier or faster. Every patient is looked at individually, and care is curated based on what is actually going on in their nervous system and structure. Support & Infrastructure What we have built inside Impact is designed differently. Our doctors are able to stay in their zone of genius because the infrastructure around them is strong. We have: • Full CA support in office • Virtual CAs working while we sleep • A call answering team that ensures no lead gets missed • A dedicated marketing director and digital team driving consistent new patients • An operations doctor and district manager involved in day-to-day leadership This structure allows our doctors to focus on becoming exceptional family doctors. Training & Development This is a training-heavy environment. We have: • Weekly doctor trainings • Patient case reviews • One-on-one development We also host continuing education opportunities in-house, including: • ICPA series • Well Adjusted Seminar series • Mile High Philosophy nights • Upcoming FOCUS training with Dr. Amy Spoelstra Compensation & Benefits Compensation is structured to support both stability and growth. • Base salary: $85,000–$110,000 (depending on experience) • Individual KPI-based bonuses • Retirement plan matching • Paid continuing education • License and malpractice coverage • PTO and paid holidays • Lifestyle savings account Growth Path For doctors thinking long-term, there is a real path here.
