Rimrock Wellness Center is seeking a motivated, personable, and patient-focused Associate Chiropractor to join our established and growing wellness clinic in Grand Junction, Colorado.
We are a busy, family-oriented practice with a strong reputation in the community and over 20 years of serving Western Colorado. Our clinic emphasizes relationship-based care, long-term wellness, and creating a positive experience for both patients and staff, set in a monthly membership model.
This position is designed as a hybrid opportunity that combines the stability of a guaranteed base income with long-term growth potential.
Compensation & Opportunity
- Starting compensation equivalent to approximately $40/hour base salary
- Structured compensation increases tied to clinic growth and membership growth
- Opportunity for performance-based income expansion over time
- Our work week is 9-5:30 Mon-Thur, with 3-day weekends for play time and family time
- 401(k) retirement plan available after one year
- Long-term opportunity for the right candidate to pursue clinic ownership
