The practice. We're a cash-pay clinic, so there's no insurance maze to fight through — care decisions stay between you and the patient. The money. Compensation is a revenue split — and the split tips further in your favor the busier you get, so your effort and skill translate directly into your income. There's no ceiling here. Associates have cleared six figures in their first year, and I'll guarantee a minimum of $100,000 in year one. For someone with the skills and drive to grow it, the sky is the limit.
