Chiropractor or Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) – Practice Opportunity Inside Established Pickleball Club The Jar Pickleball Club is exploring the addition of chiropractic and/or massage therapy services within our growing facility and is looking to connect with an entrepreneurial Chiropractor or Registered Massage Therapist interested in building or expanding their practice. This is not a traditional employment position. Rather, we are seeking a practitioner who would like to operate their own practice within our club through a flexible partnership arrangement. About The Jar The Jar is one of Toronto's largest indoor pickleball clubs, with: ~600 members ~5,000 Instagram followers ~6,500 email subscribers Thousands of annual guest visits A large community of active adults, recreational athletes, and pickleball players Our members regularly seek support for recovery, injury prevention, mobility, muscle soreness, and general wellness. What We Provide Dedicated treatment room within our facility No rent required Front desk support for client check-in and basic administration Exposure to our membership base and community Marketing support through email, social media, and in-club promotion Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding club What We're Looking For Licensed Chiropractor or Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) Entrepreneurial mindset Strong communication and client service skills Interest in working with active adults and recreational athletes Ability to operate independently and manage their own professional requirements Partnership Structure Compensation would be structured as a mutually beneficial revenue-sharing arrangement. We are open to discussing various partnership models with the right candidate. Please note that we are currently exploring this opportunity and have not yet invested in treatment equipment such as massage tables or chiropractic tables. We are looking to connect with practitioners who may be interested in helping shape the service offering from the ground up.
