What you'll be doing Deliver thorough consultations, assessing each person's health, movement and nervous system function. Create personalised care plans that both address clients needs and wants, and provide optional support for long-term healing and improved wellbeing. Provide gentle, high-quality chiropractic care tailored to each individual's needs. Educate and empower clients so they better understand their bodies and feel confident in their healing journey. Build genuine, trusting relationships with clients and support them throughout their plan of care. Keep clear, accurate clinical records. Work closely with our friendly team to provide an exceptional client experience and grow the excellent Everwell reputation. Continue developing your clinical skills through regular mentoring, training and professional development. What we're looking for Registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC). A caring, positive and professional approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to make clients feel heard, understood and supported. A willingness to learn, grow and embrace our nervous system-led , holistic approach to chiropractic care. Someone who is open to learning and mentorship, enjoys working as part of a team - while taking ownership of their own development. We provide a consistent flow of new clients through our marketing and website, along with the training, mentoring and support to help you build a thriving practice.
