We are headhunting a high-energy Experienced Chiropractic Associate to join our turnkey clinical operation and eventually become our Director of Operations. You will manage a thriving caseload of up to 150 patients per week while stepping into an internal and community leadership role. Beyond the table, you will build lucrative, high-value professional networks with local attorneys, business owners, and healthcare providers to expand our community footprint. [1, 2, 3, 4] The Schedule & Balance Hours: 34 to 40 hours of patient care weekly. Days: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, and Sat (Half-day). Wednesdays and Sundays off. Flexibility: Customizable start/end times and extended lunch breaks (e.g., 7–5, 8–6, or 7–6). [1, 2, 3] Qualifications & Ideal Candidate - Core Requirements Passion: Deeply committed to the core principles of chiropractic, wellness, and preventative/lifestyle care. Experience: 3+ years as a licensed chiropractor preferred (all high-potential candidates considered). Clinical Mastery: Skilled diversified adjuster with hands-on expertise in soft tissue treatment, taping, and full case management. The Performance Standard Mid Volume: Proven capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage a 150/week caseload. Communication: Exceptional ability to explain care plans and educate patients resulting in patient compliance and long-term retention. Compliance: Faultless, precise documentation habits that meet highest regulatory standards. What We Offer: Premium Compensation & Support Compensation & Bonuses Earning Potential: $150,000+ expected annual income through an aggressive volume, growth, and retention commission.
