You’ll spend part of your week working as a Chiropractic Assistant, supporting our chiropractors, patients, and daily clinic operations. The remainder of your time will be dedicated to leading, coaching, and developing our Chiropractic Assistant team to ensure every clinic delivers an outstanding patient experience. Although your responsibilities will vary depending on the shift, you will be paid at the Chiropractic Assistant Leader rate for all hours worked, recognising that leadership is part of your role every day. Key Responsibilities Leadership Lead, coach, mentor, and support the Chiropractic Assistant team. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture. Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members. Provide regular coaching and constructive feedback to help others grow.
