Role Overview: Seeking a Lead Chiropractor to manage a high-volume, walk-in clinic, delivering consistent chiropractic care without insurance or modalities. The position involves owning the patient experience, leading a clinical team, and building community trust. Key Responsibilities Perform chiropractic adjustments for 45+ patients daily Convert new patients into wellness plans and memberships Lead and motivate the clinical support team Serve as a community wellness advocate Manage daily clinical operations independently Qualifications & Skills Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution Licensed or eligible for licensure in Alaska Passion for delivering adjustments without reliance on modalities Energetic, people-oriented, and dependable Strong leadership and team-first attitude Committed to long-term residence in Alaska with high integrity Compensation & Work Environment: Salary ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 plus performance bonuses and profit sharing.
