Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chiropractor to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide expert spinal adjustments, therapeutic treatments, and holistic care to help patients achieve optimal musculoskeletal health. As a vital member of our clinic, you will utilize your knowledge of medical terminology and pain management techniques to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and develop personalized treatment plans Perform chiropractic adjustments and manual therapies to alleviate pain and improve function Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, exercise routines, and lifestyle modifications for sustained health benefits Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment notes and progress reports Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care Stay current with the latest chiropractic techniques, medical terminology, and industry best practices Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all patients throughout their treatment sessions Qualifications Must be a registered Chiropractor in Ontario and in good current standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) Must hold current membership with the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA) Must maintain current professional liability/malpractice insurance coverage through the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association (CCPA) Proven experience in patient care, with a focus on musculoskeletal health and pain management Strong understanding of medical terminology and evidence-informed chiropractic care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively educate, engage, and motivate patients Ability to perform precise chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy techniques with attention to patient comfort and safety Experience with pain management, rehabilitation, and other complementary treatment techniques is considered an asset Strong commitment to ongoing professional development, professional ethics, and maintaining the standards of practice established by the CCO Join us in making a meaningful difference by helping individuals regain mobility and improve their quality of life through expert chiropractic care!
