Job Overview We're a family friendly practice with a very long history of over 35 years of service in Sylvan Lake, AB. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chiropractor to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide expert spinal adjustments, holistic patient care, and tailored treatment plans to improve overall well-being. Your energetic approach will help motivate patients and with your detailed assessments and treatment strategies will ensure optimal outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through comprehensive chiropractic care. We currently have one chiropractor (owner) with over 37 years in the field, including one RMT, and our clinic office manager/chiropractic assistant. Duties Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical examinations and assessments, to identify musculoskeletal issues and underlying causes of pain Develop and implement personalized care plans focused on pain management, acute pain relief, and overall health improvement Perform chiropractic adjustments and trigger point therapy to alleviate discomfort and restore mobility Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to explain diagnoses, procedures, and treatment options clearly to patients Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments, adjusting care plans as needed for optimal results Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on occupational health initiatives and patient care strategies Experience Proven experience as a licensed Chiropractor with a strong background in primary care settings or specialized chiropractic clinics Demonstrated expertise in patient assessment, physical examinations, and physiology knowledge Hands-on experience with pain management techniques, trigger point therapy, and acute pain management strategies Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology essential for comprehensive patient care Ability to educate patients on care plans, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention strategies Please join us in delivering energetic, transparent, and expert chiropractic care that transforms lives!
