Ontario, Canada — Registered Chiropractors ONLY We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our growing team. You will play a key role in assessing patients' physical conditions and developing personalized, exercise-based care plans — delivered in partnership with our on-site clinical staff — to help patients regain mobility, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being. Assessments, diagnosis, care planning, and monitoring are delivered through our digital platform; on-site Chiropractic Assistants carry out the assigned exercise and adjunctive-therapy components of your care plan under your direction. Responsibilities Conduct thorough virtual assessments of patients' physical conditions, including reviewing health history and evaluating movement, posture, strength, and function. Communicate a diagnosis or clinical impression and develop individualized, exercise-based treatment plans, setting achievable goals for patients' recovery and improvement. Direct and support on-site Chiropractic Assistants who deliver the assigned exercise-based and adjunctive-therapy components of the care plan under your supervision, in accordance with CCO's delegation and assignment guidelines. Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support their recovery and prevent further injuries. Regularly monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Communicate with on-site facility staff to support patient care delivery. Adhere to the ethical and professional standards of practice set by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO), including scope-of-practice, consent, and delegation requirements. Qualifications Registered chiropractor in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO). Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, with the ability to apply this knowledge in clinical assessment and care planning. Comfortable with virtual care and telehealth delivery, and with directing/assigning care to on-site clinical staff. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients. Proficiency with digital platforms and electronic documentation tools.
