We emphasize results-driven, hands-on chiropractic care using modern equipment and techniques including Gonstead, Thompson, Diversified, Cox flexion/distraction, myofascial release, extremity adjusting, and functional rehab. The Opportunity We’re seeking a motivated, personable, and energetic Associate Chiropractor who’s passionate about helping patients reach their highest potential. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and patient-centered care Perform exams, re-exams, and develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients on posture, lifestyle, and preventative wellness Collaborate with our experienced doctors and highly trained support team Participate in community outreach, marketing initiatives, and wellness events Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Active or eligible Pennsylvania Chiropractic License Excellent communication, bedside manner, and teamwork skills Strong work ethic and passion for health, movement, and family wellness Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience) Bonus Program: Performance and production-based incentives PTO: Paid vacation, holidays, and personal time 401(k): Employer-sponsored retirement plan Continuing Education: Annual CE allowance + paid CE time off Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered by the practice Support System: Full administrative, rehab, and marketing staff provided—so you can focus on patient care Technology: Access to cutting-edge equipment and advanced adjusting techniques Culture: Mentorship from experienced doctors, community involvement, and growth potential
