The ideal candidate provides patient-centred care through chiropractic adjustments, manual therapies, rehabilitation, and evidence-informed treatment strategies. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform safe and effective chiropractic adjustments and manual therapies. Provide manual soft-tissue techniques, including cupping and scraping. Provide Neurofunctional Acupuncture as part of patient treatment plans. Prescribe and guide patients through appropriate rehabilitative exercises. Educate patients on posture, lifestyle, injury prevention, and self-management. Maintain accurate clinical records and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate. Stay current with evidence-informed techniques and best practices. Requirements Valid Ontario chiropractic licence in good standing. Clinical experience in musculoskeletal care and pain management. Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and medical terminology. Excellent communication and patient-care skills. Proficiency in chiropractic adjustments and manual therapy. Neurofunctional Acupuncture certification and clinical proficiency — required. Cupping and scraping/manual soft-tissue techniques — required. Active Release Technique (ART) experience — strong asset. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
