Momentum SportMed and Wellness is a located in the Bay Corridor at Gerrard in Toronto (5 minute walk from College Park TTC). The clinic is seeking a client-centered Doctor of Chiropractic to join our team of professionals. At Momentum SportMed and Wellness we believe in Integrated Care and operate grounded in an integrated multi-disciplinary philosophy, by providing comprehensive care in a supportive team environment. We focus on promoting and preserving peak health and well-being for our clients through primary care, injury prevention, general wellness and rehabilitation. The clinic promotes an integrated team approach with shared patients to deliver optimal outcomes. Momentum SportMed and Wellness is an Athletic Therapist-owned clinic and offers Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Athletic Therapy, and Medical Acupuncture, This is an independent contractor position in which the will clinic offer a %fee split or on our competitive rates. The position will be part-time and 2-3days a week. Who You Are - Must be able to provide through injury assessments, provide diagnosis, create treatment plans, execute and facilitate treatments and refer inter-clinic - Must demonstrate exceptional client centered care, professionalism and firm desire to work collaboratively in an integrated multi-disciplinary setting. - Strong knowledge and capable of implementing both manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercises for clients. - Excellent communication, oral and written skills - Commitment to on-going learning and professional development - The ability to maintain and generate new referrals for the clinic - - Professional, positive attitude, be passionate with strong work ethic and thrive in a collaborative team environment Qualifications - Active registration and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario - Currently hold Professional/Malpractice liability insurance - Experience with insurance procedure (MVA) would be a strong asset - Acupuncture and/or Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) an asset - Past clinical experience is preferred What we offer - Inter-clinic referrals - Fee split on our competitive rates - Inspiring and supportive work environment that encourages learning, collaboration, diversity and inclusive - Modern, brand new facility with treatment rooms, staff room, on-site laundry, on-site gym and reception - Direct Billing to Extended health plans - Electronic Medical Record software (on-line booking, charting and billing) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $33.00-$85.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Flexible schedule On-site gym Work Location: In person
