Compensation & Benefits

As an Associate Chiropractor, you can expect a competitive annual salary range of $66,000 - $120,000. We believe in rewarding our team for their expertise and dedication. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

A Day in the Life

Visualize your day at Integrated Medical Group, where your primary focus is delivering transformative patient experiences. Your responsibilities include:

Clinical Excellence: Providing precise chiropractic adjustments and guiding patients through personalized therapeutic exercises.

Diagnostic Precision: Taking and marking X-rays and maintaining meticulous patient files.

Patient Education: Leading new patient intakes and exams, delivering clear "reports of findings," and educating the community on the long-term benefits of chiropractic wellness.

Collaborative Care: Working alongside our multidisciplinary team in an open, supportive treatment setting. As a self-starter, your proactive approach will be pivotal in maintaining our high standard of care.

Qualifications

We are looking for a dedicated, driven Chiropractic Doctor who meets the following requirements:

Doctorate of Chiropractic (Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Ohio).

Ability to take initiative and work autonomously within a team dynamic.

Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience (though talented recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).

Experience or interest in integrated, multi-specialty settings.

Work Schedule

Your schedule is designed for both patient impact and personal consistency:

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM – 6 PM

Daily Break: 60-minute lunch break to recharge (at times longer- depending on the day/training).

Team Alignment: Every morning starts with a team huddle to ensure we are ready to succeed together.
