Take on a practice a town has trusted for over 40 years The chiropractor who has been looking after Mudgee for us is moving back to Sydney in December. The practice they leave behind is full and settled: around 185 to 190 visits a week, Monday to Thursday, with the relationships already built. This practice has cared for Mudgee for more than four decades. Farmers, miners, tradies, teachers, retirees, families who have brought three generations through the same door. Your job is to retain that trust and keep continue this practices legacy. The handover We want you in before December. The outgoing chiropractor will do a full handover, so you meet the patients with them rather than after them. You are not being dropped into a full book cold. What you're walking into A well-established patient base with decades of retention behind it On-site X-ray and a CLA insight subluxation station A great CA who runs the front and keeps the day moving, so you adjust and care for patients rather than doing admin Marketing, HR, ops and phones handled by the wider Aligned team A solo clinic. There's no senior DC next to you every day, so it needs someone who can work on their own and make clinical decisions. What you do have is a daily virtual huddle, weekly live training, a monthly 1:1 with your Area Clinical Director, and access to experienced clinicians across our 16 clinics Pay is a real salary with super and paid leave underneath an uncapped performance bonus. A book this size puts you well over $200,000 on a four-day week. We'll walk you through the structure down to the dollar when we talk.
