Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver principled, subluxation-based chiropractic adjustments (Diversified, Drop Table, etc.)
  • Conduct thorough Day 1 and Day 2 procedures, including consultation, exams, X-rays, and Report  of Findings 
  • Educate patients on the 5 Essentials and corrective care model
  • Perform and interpret posture, mobility, neurological, and digital assessments
  • Create and execute individualized care plans based on clinical findings
  • Deliver Report of Findings and Progress Reports with confidence and clarity
  • Perform re-exams and update care plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate SOAP notes and EMR documentation
  • Co-manage acute or chronic cases with rehab, decompression, or adjunctive therapies as  applicable
