Responsibilities: Provide high-quality chiropractic care and treatment to a diverse patient population Lead and oversee all clinical operations as the Clinical Director of a new clinic location Develop and implement patient care protocols, treatment plans, and wellness programs Mentor and manage clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment Drive patient retention and satisfaction through exceptional chiropractic outcomes Collaborate with ownership and support teams to meet clinic growth and performance goals Ensure compliance with all state regulations, licensing requirements, and HealthSource standards Requirements: Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Active Pennsylvania chiropractic license in good standing Prior clinical leadership or management experience preferred Strong knowledge of chiropractic techniques, rehabilitation, and wellness care Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient relations skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help grow a practice from the ground up Motivated, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes About Us: HealthSource Chiropractic is one of the nation's leading chiropractic franchise networks, known for delivering progressive, results-driven care that keeps patients coming back.
