Role Description This full-time, on-site Chiropractor role is based at LIGHTHOUSE CHIROPRACTIC HEALTH CENTER, INC in Elk River, MN. The Chiropractor will perform patient consultations, conduct thorough musculoskeletal assessments, and interpret health histories to develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering chiropractic adjustments and other appropriate manual therapies, advising patients on exercise, posture, and lifestyle changes, and documenting all clinical encounters in an accurate and timely manner. The role involves collaborating with team members to coordinate patient care, providing clear education about treatment options, and maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. The Chiropractor will also support practice growth through positive patient experiences, occasional participation in local outreach or wellness events, and adherence to all applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines. Qualifications Hold a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college and maintain an active, unrestricted chiropractic license in the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain one before start date). Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment, spinal and extremity adjustments, and development of evidence-informed treatment plans, with a commitment to patient safety and quality of care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain clinical findings in clear language, build trust with diverse patients, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff. Ability to manage a consistent full-time patient schedule, prioritize tasks, keep thorough and compliant clinical records, and use electronic health record systems or practice management software. Interest or experience in health, wellness, and fitness, including patient education on posture, ergonomics, exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle habits that support long-term musculoskeletal health. Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and integrity, with a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive care for patients of all backgrounds and identities. CPR/Basic Life Support certification or willingness to obtain, and familiarity with infection control and safety protocols in a clinical environment. Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical medicine, or multidisciplinary wellness clinic is preferred but not required; new graduates with strong clinical training
