*$100,000 Guaranteed Base Salary + Up to $21,000 in Bonuses*

Back in Balance Wellness Center is seeking a *full-time chiropractor (Doctor of Chiropractic/DC)* to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Bangor, Maine.
Whether you're an experienced chiropractor or a new graduate looking for an *associate chiropractor* opportunity, you'll step into an established practice with an existing patient base, strong referral network, experienced support team, and significant earning potential—without having to build a practice from the ground up.

What You'll Do
* Evaluate new and existing chiropractic patients
* Perform examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide high-quality chiropractic adjustments and treatment
* Treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, acute and chronic pain, sports and activity-related injuries, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs
* Educate patients about their conditions, treatment plans, rehabilitation, and wellness
* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, charting, and coding
* Collaborate with other providers when appropriate
* Develop strong, long-term patient relationships
* Participate in community education and practice outreach
* Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards
What We're Looking For
* *Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree* from an accredited chiropractic college
* *Maine chiropractic license or eligibility to obtain Maine licensure*
* Strong chiropractic adjusting and clinical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient-focused approach to care
* Strong work ethic and professional standards
* Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
